Terms of use
Qavuqo is a free toolkit. These terms are an operational draft. Have counsel review them, and add a governing law, before you treat them as final.
The service
- You can use the tools without an account. There is no paid plan in this version.
- Prompt tools draft text. They do not render video and they are not official product features of any model vendor.
- Price figures are estimates from the linked provider pages on the verified date. They are not quotes or invoices.
- Output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it.
Your content
You need the rights to anything you submit. Do not submit secrets, passwords, or API keys. You are responsible for how you use the text the tools return, including publicity, copyright, and the destination provider's rules.
Prohibited use
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexual deepfakes of a real person.
- Impersonation or other fraud.
- Instructions for bypassing a provider's safety system.
- Any other unlawful use.
Names and sources
Seedance, Kling, Veo, Wan, Runway, and similar names are descriptive references so you can tell formats apart. Qavuqo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those companies. Pricing links go to the provider's own page rather than copying their documentation.
Availability and liability
The service can be rate limited, paused by a budget cap, or withdrawn. It is provided as available, without a warranty of fitness for a particular production. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost generation spend, rejected provider jobs, or decisions you make from an estimate or a draft. A court or counsel in your market may limit this sentence. Do not launch on top of an invented venue: this build does not choose a governing law.
